* Second, call OIIT Customer Services at 888-875-3697 and follow the instructions for leaving an emergency page for the

OIIT HelpDesk, who will notify GALILEO on-call staff.

If you have a non-emergency, general support request or IP change request, please submit a comment to GALILEO using the Contact Us form <http://www.galileo.usg.edu/contact/?Welcome>. All non-emergency issues will be addressed beginning Monday, July 6, 2009.
