Description

The collection consist of a handwritten journal of Thomas Francis Wells, Oglethorpe University student who graduated in 1847.  While pages are missing throughout the journal, there are parts of at least four speeches given at Oglethorpe events (1847 Commencement and 1846 Junior Exhibition).  There are also numerous poems and a page of genealogical information.
